  • Use Instructions: Apply to soil to help prevent weeds and grass. Sprinkle around roses, trees and shrubs for application.Before ApplicationRemove existing weeds. Thoroughly work and smooth the area to be treated. Carefully measure area to be treated and determine the number of square feet. If area to be treated is large, it should be divided into smaller sections and each treated individually.Application Shake CASORON® GRANULES uniformly on the soil at the rates specified. Rates higher than those indicated may cause injury.Application RatesORNAMENTAL WOODY SHRUBS: Use at rate of ¾ ounce (2 level tablespoons) for each 10 sq. ft. to be treated. 8 pounds treats 1,706 sq. ft.FRUIT TREES, NUTS, BLUEBERRIES, GRAPES: Apply 2-3 level tablespoons per 10 sq. ft. Use the higher rate – 3 tablespoons per 10 sq. ft. if weed infestation is heavy or if most weeds are perennial. Wait 30 days after making application before harvesting cherries or nuts.BLACKBERRIES, RASPBERRIES: Use 2 level tablespoons per 10 sq. ft. Use only on established plantings. Apply before new shoots emerge in spring.
  • Storage Instructions: Store this product in its original container in a locked area out of reach of children and domestic animals
  • Caution: Immediately following application, thoroughly water-ingranules (not to the point of puddling or run-off). Do not apply this product in a way that will contact any person or pets, either directly or through drift. Keep people and pets out of the area during application. Do not enter or allow persons or pets to enter the treated area until granules are thoroughly watered in and the treated soil has dried. Use only on the plants listed on label. Do not apply to transplant or cutting beds or to newly set transplants,and do not seed or transplant into treated areas for one year after application. Do not use on extremely light sandy soils. Do not plant crops for human consumption not listed on this label, or in treated soil within one (1) year after application.
  • First Aid Measures: IF SWALLOWED: Call a Poison Control Center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to by a Poison Control Center or doctor. Do not give anything to an unconscious person.; IF ON SKIN OR CLOTHING: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of waterfor 15-20 minutes. Call a Poison Control Center or doctor for treatment advice.; IF INHALED: Move person to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth, if possible. Call a Poison Control Center or doctor for further treatment advice.; Have the product container or label with you when calling a Poison Control Center or doctor or going for treatment.   • Safety Warnings: After handling product, users should wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet. Users should remove clothing immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then should wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing.
