  • Use Instructions: Use this product only in accordance with its labelling and with the Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR Part 170, This Standard contains requirements for the protection of agriculture-al workers on farms, forests, nurseries, and greenhouses, and handlers of agricultural pesticides. It contains requirements for training, decontamination, notification, and emergency assistance. It also contains specific instructions and exceptions per-taining to the statements on this label about Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and restricted-entry interval. The requirements in this box only apply to uses of this product that are covered by the Worker Protection Standard. DO NOT enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during the restricted-entry interval (REI) of 12 hours. PPE required for early entry to treated areas that is permitted under the Worker Protection Standard and that involves contact with anything that has been treated, such as plants, soil, or water, is: coveralls, chemical-resistant gloves made of any waterproof material, shoes plus socks. Use this product for the control of listed soil-inhabiting pests of turfgrass, such as Northern & Southern masked chafers, Cyclocephala borealis, immaculata, and/or C. lurida; Asiatic garden beetle, Maladera castanea; European chafer, Rhizotroqus majalis; May or June beetles, Phyllophaga spp.; Japanese beetle, Popillia japonica; Oriental beetle, Anomala orientalis; Billbugs, Sphenophorus spp.; Annual bluegrass weevil, Hyperodes spp.; Black turfgrass ataenius, Ataenius spretulus; Aphodius spp.; and mole crickets, Scapteriscus spp. Use this product as directed on turfgrass in residential lawns, business and office complexes, shopping complexes, multi-family residential complexes, golf courses, airports, cemeteries, parks, playgrounds, athletic fields and sod farms. The active ingredient in this product has sufficient residual activity so that applications can be made preceding the egg-laying activity of the target pests. High levels of control can be achieved when applications are made preceding or during the egg-laying period. Base the need for an application on historical monitoring of the site, previous records or experiences, current season adult trapping or other methods. Control will be achieved when applications are made prior to egg hatch of the target pest,followed by sufficient irrigation or rainfall to move the active ingredient through the thatch.DO NOT apply to turfgrass that is water saturated. Application to water-saturated turf will result in reduced performance. The treated area must be in such a condition that the rainfall or irrigation will penetrate vertically into the soil profile. Applications cannot exceed a total of 200 pounds (0.4 pound of active ingredient) per acre per year. This product can be used as a broadcast application on ornamentals in commercial and residential landscapes, as well as on landscaped areas of golf courses and other recreational areas. Make application prior to anticipated pest infestation to achieve control. Rainfall, irrigation, or mechanical incorporation after application will aid in maximizing control.DO NOT apply more than 200 pounds of this product (0.4 pound of active ingredient) per acre per year.
  • Storage Instructions: Store in a cool/low-temperature, well-ventilated, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Keep container tightly closed. Avoid humid, wet or moist conditions. Keep away from incompatible materials such as reducing agents. Do not blend or store in contact with ammonium nitrate. Ventilate enclosed areas. Store locked up.

  • First Aid Measures: If Inhaled: If breathing is difficult, remove person to fresh air and keep at rest in aposition comfortable for breathing. Call a physician if symptoms occur. If on Skin: Wash skin with soap and water. If irritation develops and persists, get medical attention. If in Eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention.
